The Formentera Office of Culture is pleased to report that Guitarres de Formentera will return to Sant Ferran from 10 to 12 September. Guitarres de Formentera is a festival of blues, jazz and rock music, which has already become an unmissable event of the summer season on the island. The festival, which is organised by the Guitarres de Formentera association with collaboration from the Consell de Formentera, is now in its twelfth year.
 
Musical performances will bring to life the courtyard of the old Sant Ferran primary school, with performances from Maya Alexander Band and Quantic Tamarell Band on the 10th, and performances from Litus & The Formentera Connection and Monkey Doo on the 11th, both at 9.00pm. The festival draws to a close on Sunday the 12th with a 9.30pm jam session at Sa Panxa restaurant in Sant Ferran.
